Pumpkin Pie Dip

A pumpkin dip that is perfect for your next party or after school snack.

Ingredients
15 oz can of pumpkin
1 box of instant vanilla pudding powder
16 oz container of fat free cool whip
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Stir until well blended
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving

ENJOY!!

Each 2 Tbsp serving is ONLY 1 WW+ point

Homemade Wendy’s Frosty! Only THREE simple ingredients!
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
1/2 gallon chocolate milk

Directions: Mix all the ingredients FIRST, then pour it into the ice cream maker. Mix for 20 to 30 minutes until it reaches frozen perfection, pour in a big glass, insert straw and drink!

LOW-CALORIE VERSION:

Ingredients
• 1 cup fat-free milk
• 2 tablespoons low calorie (sugar-free) chocolate instant pudding
• 2 tablespoons Cool Whip Free
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 ice cubes

Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Pistachio Dessert Salad OR Pistachio Fluff!


Pistachio Dessert Salad, Watergate Salad or Pistachio Fluff – whatever you choose to call it – it’s delicious!

I’m sure this salad looks familiar to some of you and hopefully brings back good memories too!  The best part of this recipe is that it uses ingredients that you probably already have on hand.  It’s super quick to make and stays good for days so it’s the perfect recipe to make in advance.  This is definitely one of those recipes that you’re going to want to double for a crowd.  Maybe triple 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1 4 oz pistachio Jell-O instant pudding mix
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your favorite)
  • 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I used lite) – thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding mix, pineapple (with juice), marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Blend in Cool Whip and chill until ready to serve.

Oreo Banana Pudding


Everybody loves banana pudding. Everybody loves Oreo cookies. Why not combining them together in this easy dessert. Kids and adults will go crazy for it!

Oreo Banana Pudding
Serves: 10
Ingredients
  • 1 lb pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 3 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 Cool Whip containers
Instructions
  1. Crumble Oreos and place in the bottom of a large bowl*. Top with layer of banana slices.
  2. Prepare pudding with milk and spread over banana slices. Top with Cool Whip. Repeat all layers one more time.
  3. Smooth Cool Whip over the pudding and top with crushed Oreo cookies. Chill and serve.
Notes
* Instead of one large bowl, you can make individual servings in small dessert bowls or glasses.

Chocolate Lasagna ♥♥♥

It’s a NO BAKE dessert that the kids will LOVE! Don’t forget to share or tag yourself in it to keep it for further reference.

Chocolate Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

1 package regular Oreo cookies (Not Double Stuff) – about 36 cookies
6 Tablespoon butter, melted
1- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons cold milk
1- 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, divided
2 – 3.9 ounce packages Chocolate Instant Pudding.
3 1/4 cups cold milk
1 and 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. Begin by crushing 36 Oreo cookies. I used my Manual food processor for this, but you could also place them in a large ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin or meat mallet. When the Oreos have turned into fine crumbs, you are done.

2. Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a large bowl. Stir in 6 tablespoons melted butter and use a fork to incorporate the butter into the cookie crumbs. When the butter is distributed, transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan. Place the pan in the refrigerator while you work on the additional layers.

3. Mix the cream cheese with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add in 2 Tablespoons of milk, and sugar, and mix well. Stir in 1 and 1/4 cups Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the oreo crust.

4. In a bowl, combine chocolate instant pudding with 3 and 1/4 cups cold milk. Whisk for several minutes until the pudding starts to thicken. Use a spatula to spread the mixture over the previous cream cheese layer. Allow the dessert to rest for about 5 minutes so that the pudding can firm up further.

5. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the top. Place in the freezer for 1 hour, or the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
