4 chicken breast (about 1½ lbs), or the equivailent of other chicken pieces such as thighs.
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet of ranch dressing
1 3/4 cups of chicken broth
Put all of the ingredients into crock pot.
Put the crock pot on the low setting for 5 hours.
After 5 hours, shred chicken. I use 2 forks to do this with.
Replace lid and continue cooking on low for 30 more minutes.
Serve shredded chicken on a tostadas, tacos burritos or make a salad with it. Any of your favorite toppins will make this a great meal. Enjoy!
